Documentation of the damage or deviation. If possible, take photographs before the goods are repaired or altered.

Freight documents, receipts, communication with the carrier or other material that may shed light on the incident.

Our role

Kronan Fraktförmedling does not normally carry out the transport itself but coordinates the assignment between the customer and the transport partner. Any compensation matters are assessed in accordance with the performing carrier's terms and applicable legislation.

Our task is to help you through the process and ensure that the case is handled as correctly and efficiently as possible.
